  • LOL! Almost fell off my seat when I saw that "question" about congealing blood. Hey, come on, the reason nobody answers it, until now it seems, is because it is completely ludicrous. Congealing blood must have developed very early on since all higher animals have it.

    Take the example of mammals. Any feature that they all have must have developed in the earliest ancestors or before they even became mammals.

    The question you put supposes that mammals evolved, and then after that evolved congealing blood. Are you surprised no one has taken you seriously?

This means that whilst this process was evolving all animals would have to have avoided totalt bleeding. If they hadn't they would have bled to death and become extinct. It's this kind of discussion the evolutionists won't deal with.

    There is a simple way to tell. What happens when you start to question what you are being taught? In evolution, and other subjects, theories etc. questioning is encouraged, as it can lead to new discoveries. In religion, questioning the word of the holy book is blasphemous, questioning it is not allowed, you are considered evil if you do so.

    Actually that is rather nice, thank you for your consideration. However, it does rather throw up the question, if you chose not to believe, would that mean then that God did not exist? Does choosing to believe make him exist?

    All a belief is is an emotional attachment to an idea, a theory. The Greeks and Romans believed in many gods, Apollo, Zeus, etc. Did the fact that they believed in them mean that those Gods existed? If they did, what happened to them surely the very nature of a God is the it is immortal? If they did not, then why did the Romans and Greeks ever believe in them?

    Take the example of mammals. Any feature that they all have must have developed in the earliest ancestors or before they even became mammals.

    The question you put supposes that mammals evolved, and then after that evolved congealing blood. Are you surprised no one has taken you seriously?

    In science, and of course evolution, arguments against the current theory are treated with respect, investigated, and either used to update the theory, or discarded when found to be incorrect. But the people who bring these arguments are not persecuted for it, they are not burnt at the stake and called heretics, they are treated as fellow human beings with the right to their opinions.

  • Let me put something too you. Imagine Charles Darwin scrambling over all those rocks 150 years ago. This process did not just occur overnight. Based on the theory of evolution it would have taken thousands if not millions of years. This means that whilst this process was evolving all animals would have to have avoided totalt bleeding. If they hadn't they would have bled to death and become extinct. It's this kind of discussion the evolutionists won't deal with.

    Some of you do set yourselves up for it though. That one about blood congealing is an example. Common sense would dictate that such a thing would evolve very early on, since, as the question itself implies, it is critical to survival. Higher animals surely could not evolve without it. So the notion of animals bleeding to death because it hasn't evolved yet is rather strange. The animals would not have evolved without it, so it simply would not happen.

    The thing about the wrong kind of water, well, water is H2O, as another contributor says/ A small % contains isotopes of Hydrogen and or Oxygen. This does in no way affect its chemical behaviour though. Basically water is water. Without seeing the source, that has been requested elsewhere, we cannot really comment, however, I detect a bit of selective reading there.

    I did actually think the one about congealing blood was a joke at first. However, it does show a misunderstanding that a lot of religious people make. They start from the presumption that the higher animals were here and then evolved their modern features. However, congealing blood evolved long before any of the higher animals.

    Another woman I spoke to was also confused about it. she thought man could not be descended from the apes because they would not have looked after the first human baby. She thought that evolution theory was that modern man was suddenly born to an ape. Evolution is much slower than that.

    They also make the mistake in thinking that evolution is saying that humans evolved from modern apes. Not so, modern apes and humans evolved from common ancestors, who were apes too.

    - God wouldn't explain the meaning of life either. Why does God exist? And the big band doesn't explain that either, it just explains HOW the universe was created. Not WHY. "Why?" is a question that's been asked since the dawn of humanity, and never answered.

    Personally, I feel God is a babyish answer; it's just not plausible - nothing I've ever seen in my life would even hint at the existence of a God. If it wasn't for other believers, I would never have even heard or came up with the whole concept. It's just bizarre, and there's absolutely no evidence for it.
