This site is very badly designed. Up until now, people were able to edit the source and submit votes of any value, very high, or very low. Now that has been changed, but they have not adjusted the votes, so the ratings on this site are meaningless.
Obviously the brainless bottom feeder who submitted this is responsible for its rating since only 3 genuine comments are made so far. - Oh, and of course, the site is s appallingly designed that comments come out in any old order instead of something resembling the order they were submitted. Simply storing the submission time would have solved that problem.
