Sent to a friend Me and my friend got high when we were in our late teens.One night we found a toad on the balcony, we brought it in, it was fun, seeing this fat little fellow just sitting there. He seemed quite chilled out. Not worried about where he was, what we were doing..
Anyway, the weed was going to our heads, and the wierdest thing happened. We set fire to the frog on the balcony, using lighter fuel.
I cant remmember who did it, me or him so im not going to try to defend myself.
That was 11 years ago and i still feel immense guilt to this day...

- You know, everyone does stupid things at one point or another...forgive yourself and move on. There's nothing to be gained by continuing to torture yourself over something that happened 11 years ago! It's not worth it. Another thought is to make a nice donation to the Humane Society; then you'll have paid for "your transgression" and that's the end of it. It's not like you're ever going to do it again, right??

i have been high and i dont even get close to thinking that shit---dumbass - Don't feel bad about it, the important thing is that you realize it was a stupid thing to do. you should try and forget about it, you were high. It wasn't the real you who did it. Drugs turn people into something they don't want to be. Feeling regret shows that you're a good person, who would never think of harming an animal for fun. It's in the past, move on
- You should feel guilt for killing a living thing for no reason. You chose to get stoned. Take full responsibilty for your selfish actions.
- Did you at least eat it after? You shouldn't waste a good toad.
