- Cling to the fact that you know they love you so much it would kill them if you killed yourself...hang on for them first and find reasons...little ones build up to bigger reasons...to stay alive for yourself...we do understand...u are not alone...we often feel the same way...and we hold on for our loved ones...they hold on for us...keep doing that...don't focus so often on the bad...wake up in the morning and love whatever you see...the weather, your family, your job, your reflection in the mirror...you are a good person...your life could be worse...true?...love life...don't give up...see the positive, ignore the negative...that is the secret...pass it on to those you love...focus on the good...ignore the negative........just keep going.......for the ones your love....that's a good enough reason.....and finally you will find more reasons...don't ever give up.....
