I just recently turned 21, and recently broke up with my 17 year old girlfriend. I'm a little paranoid about her calling the FBI on me and calling it statutory rape. I really did love her, but she showed herself to be kind of mentally unstable. The break up was kind of ugly but I stayed totally cordial towards her. Do I have anything to worry about? She turns 18 in September, is there a statute of limitations regarding the ability to press charges ex post facto?Rating:0.00

- I think it would be very hard even if she kept the condoms, what kind of rape victim keeps the condoms she was raped with? And it's not like you are waaaay older than her. I don't think the cops would go after you before they solve all the murders and real rapes.
