Read confession
Sent to a friend I am an clergyman in the Eastern Orthodox Church. I do not believe in god. Two years ago I came to the end of a long journey which ended in my rejection of god. No one knows this, not my wife, not my friends, not those I serve with in the alter.Rating:1.00

- Here, sir, is a fact: The existence of God cannot be proven, nor can his non-existence be proven. In other words, we have no evidence for or against God. Organized religions, like the one you were apart of, exist to propigate a myth that was created by man. The God of organized religion most certainly DOES NOT exist.
- Yup. A myth. Nothing but a myth. Read Bertrand Russell's "Why I'm not a Christian"....or read his "History of Western Philosophy". In those books he traces how Christianity evolved. It's clearly a myth - just like all the other religions that have come and gone throughout history.
- Usually churches are run by control freaks, they use the bible to control those in they're congreation to do the right thing, even if it means killing themselves in the meantime
- what is the purpose of your existence?
We are simply rotting flesh they say
All actions that have been commited by humans have no meaning-- wrong
It is just a test
- This confession is FAKE. BULLSHIT. FAKE.
- Check out Zeitgeist. It'll clear a lot of things up.
- i would imagine a real clergyman would know it's ALTAR, not ALTER.
sheesh. - I'm the one who wrote the confession and I can assure you it's not fake. About the mis-spelling, oops.
- "oops"...l-o-fuckin-l!
