- Once the child is born he shouldn't have time for such foolishness. It's a common phenomena; men's wives get pregnant and for some reason unbeknownst to me, they don't find them as attractive.
(I'm a guy, I think women look absolutely radiant when they're pregnant, although I certainly don't get excited by preggo porn. Yes, there is such a thing.)
Anyhoo, if you're adventurous and willing to help him out during this time, then do so. You call the shots. Just make sure he knows that when the time comes, he does the right thing and takes care of business at home. No more hanky panky for you two. Avoid any kind of serious relationship with this man. There are too many others out there without a wife and kid, ya know?
