Sent to a friend I honestly can't understand how people in this day and age believe in god or any theistic religion. We all go to hell if we don't believe in god? What if you were born 10k A.D.? What if you're a vegetable? What if you're gay?I think the so called virgin mary fucked a guy and told Jesus she was touched by god.

- You sound angry and upset about something. Its all right just calm down a bit. I don't think you will go to hell. Live to look for and always tell the truth. Be humble and show kindness to others. No body's perfect. Learn to listen and learn to forgive. I think you'll be okay.
- God is love, compassion and understanding. God is perfection that is the world around us and our bodies. Do not believe in the vengeful god that the religions try to sell to you for they are just like the US government's policy i.e. fear based. But do not turn away from HIM understand that there is a GOD and we are his children. We are not sheep astray from the herd or the shepherd nor are we the child lost from a mother's bosom. We are always in his blessings and forever we shall be for HE does not judge us just as we don't judge our children. HIS love for us is unconditional. Remember that when you look up into the heavens next time and you we see yourself smiling for you are truly blessed as you are HIS child and forever you shall be.

- Very good questions. You should seek the answers to each one, but try asking God. Some times it’s best to just tell “God” you don’t believe and you have questions.

- Judgment is left to God alone. You will be judged on the light that you received in your time. Only as light is given and then rejected is the light withdrawn and you are left in darkness and judged accordingly. Worship of anyone other than Jesus or God is not Biblical.

- It is easy to be confused about this. Wouldn't it make sense that if there IS a God and Jesus is His only Begotten Son that there would be one truth? First off, you need to have faith. In my faith everyone is ressurected....everyone. I wasted 20 years of my life drinking, gambling, and drugging before I started searching for the Truth. I attended most every Church there is for extended periods of time over the course of the next 20 years. The LDS Church is that True Church of God, don't let the critics deter you from it with their half truths and out right lies about the Church. This was the last Church I attended in my search and found that all the negatives I'd heard about it were completely false. If it weren't the True Church then it wouldn't be attacked so often and venomously from the other churches. But there is much more to it than that. And no, non-belief in God alone does not condemn a person to 'hell'.
- Try to separate in your mind God from the religion industry. The bible is just a book, not the word of God. That's ridiculous to think so. But the bible is of some value. You can believe in God and still have contempt for religion. I do.

I like to believe that the afterlife, consciousness, whatever you call it, is tailored to the individual to ultimately bring peace to the soul. If you reject God or don't believe, that's OK; theology changes the minute it becomes institutionalized, so mandating adherence to a faith often involves repudiating the righteousness of prior versions. Early Catholics, for example, were heavily split on the tripartite concept of God, and the annunciation of the Virgin is very recent. I think the world would get along better if faith was seen as dynamic and not static, and then we might worry less about what other people believe. - well Since 10k AD hasn't happened yet I don't think that is an issue. We are all imperfect, Hell was invented by the False Churches of Christendom to keep the people obedient. If you don't believe in god, all that happens is when you die, you die, thats it. If you believe in God, well then you will be raised on the last day. That's it.
